Granola Muffin

Ingredients

250g of Corsetti Granola Cereal and Fruit
225g of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
250ml of milk
175g of brown sugar
80 ml of vegetable oil
1 egg

 

Preparation Mode

- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. In another, mix milk, egg, sugar and oil until smooth.
- Pour this mixture over the other one, stirring until it becomes a lumpy dough.
- Add the Corsetti Granola Ceral and Fruit and stir just to incorporate.
- Spoon the dough, filling 2/3 of the capacity of the muffin tins. Cover each muffin with spoonfuls of granola and bake in an oven, preheated to 200°C, for about 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool a little and enjoy this delight.
