4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup (tea) of Corn for Popcorn Corsetti
1 cup of sugar (tea)
- In a pan put the oil, the Corn for Popcorn Corsetti and the sugar.
- Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the sugar turns a light caramel color.
- Cover the pan and lower the heat.
- Cook, stirring constantly, for another 5 minutes or until the beans burst.
- Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the popped corn to a bowl.
