Split Pea Soup

Ingredients

500g Split Pea Corsetti
2 cloves of raw garlic
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 chicken broth cubes

 

Preparation Mode

- Cook the Split Pea Corsetti until tender, in 1.5l of water. Wait for it to cool and hit the blender or mixer.
- In a pan, sauté the crushed garlic in olive oil until golden.
- Pour the pea cream over the garlic sauté, season with the broth cubes dissolved in a little water.
- Mix well and let it boil.
