“Canjiquinha” with Ribs

Ingredients

500g of pork
250g of Little Corn Canjica Corsetti
200g of bacon
1 bunch of cabbage
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
2 chopped onions
3 chopped medium tomatoes
4 garlic cloves chopped

 

Preparation Mode

Cook the Little Corn Canjica Corsetti until it is soft and reserve.Season the meat (remove all the fat, if you want) and sauté it with onion, garlic and chopped tomatoes. When the meat is cooked, add the Little Corn Canjica Corsetti and the chopped cabbage, letting it boil a little (not much, other than the yellow cabbage). Taste the salt, correcting, if necessary, with a tablet of meat broth. Chopp the bacon into small pieces fry and place on top of Little Corn Canjica Corsetti prepared.
