Creamy Hominy with Cinnamon

Ingredients

500g of Yellow Corn Canjica Corsetti
1.5L of boiling water
200ml of milk
1 can of condensed milk
Cinnamon powder
Cinnamon sticks
4 cloves of india

 

Preparation Mode

In a bowl, place the Yellow Corn Canjica Corsetti and boiling water, let it soak for 1 hour.
Remove the water from the hominy and take the beans to the pressure cooker. Put 2 liters of water, two pieces of cinnamon sticks, cloves, cook for approximately 35 minutes, turn off and let the pressure drop by itself.
Transfer to another pan, such as medium-low heat, add milk and condensed milk. Stir until a creamy mixture, refrigerate to cool.
Remove, serve in a bowl, pour with a piece of cinnamon stick and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
