Cornmeal Bread

2 cups of Corsetti Medium Corn Flour
1 cup and a half (tea) of sweet powder
3 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cups of oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt


Preparation Mode

- In a large saucepan, place the medium Corsetti corn flour, the sweet powder and mix well. Then add the oil, salt, milk, sugar and keep mixing.
- Take the pan to the stove and stir the mixture until it forms a dough, which comes off the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat and put the dough in a bowl until cool.
- Add the eggs, you can stir them with your hands or put in an electric mixer, in both ways until the dough is creamy.
- Take a cup, pour some cornmeal inside, remove a little dough with a spoon, this will be the amount for each bread. Place in the cup and shake the container until it forms a ball. (Repeat this process for each bread)
- In a greased form, place the balls but leave a space between them, as they will grow.
- Put the mold in the oven, at 180 ° for 40 minutes or until they are golden brown. Take it out and taste it.
