Cheese Bread Cake

3 cups (tea) of Corsetti  Sweet  Polvilho
150g grated parmesan cheese
3 whole eggs
1 cup (tea) of milk
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1 tablespoon of baking poder
1 spoon of salt


Preparation Mode

- Beat milk, oil and eggs in a blender.
- In a bowl, gradually mix the Corsetti Sweet Polvilho and the grated cheese. Then add the mass from the blender, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cone pan (use butter).
- Preheat (180°) the oven for 20 minutes and place the mold for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, unmold and serve this delight.
