Ham Oats Pizza

4 scoops of Oats Flour Corsetti
2 cups (tea) of tomato sauce
150g of diced ham
200g of grated mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1 spoon of yeast
4 parsley leaves
Salt to taste


Preparation Mode

- Place the Corsetti Oats Flour, eggs, yeast and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- In a skillet greased with butter, over low heat, pour the mixture. When the bottom is golden then you can turn the dough.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, spreading across the surface,  the ham, the grated cheese and then cover the pan until it melts
- Turn off, add the parsley leaves and then enjoy this delight.
