½ cup (tea) of Wheat for Kibe Corsetti
2 chopped ripe tomatoes (seedless)
½ chopped onion
1 bunch of chopped parsley leaves
1 bunch of chopped fresh mint leaves
1 lemon broth
¼ cup (tea) of oil
Salt to taste
- In a bowl, place the Wheat for Kibe Corsetti, cover with water and let it hydrate for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, add the onion, tomatoes, parsley, and chopped mint. Season with lemon broth, oil, salt and mix well.
- After the wheat time, drain it and wring it out in a clean cloth to remove excess water.
- Add the wheat to the bowl, mix well and enjoy this delight.
