Bolinho de Quibe

Ingredients

1 cup and 1/2 spoon (tea) of Wheat for Kibe Corsetti
500g of ground meat preferably duck
3 cups (tea) of water
1/2 cup finely chopped onion.
1/2 spoon (soup) of chopped mint.
Salt and pepper at your taste.

 

Preparation Mode

Leave the Wheat for Kibe Corsetti in the sauce for 30 minutes.
Put it in a bowl and mix the other ingredients.
With a tablespoon scoop out the portions and form the kibe cookies as large as you wish.
Put 3 cm of oil in a pan.
When it is very hot, fry the kibes gradually until they are golden.
Tip: Put a match stick in the oil, when it lights up the oil will already be at the frying point.
