Wine Sago with Cream
500g of Sago Corsetti
3 large cups of red wine
1 cup and ½ of sugar
1 liter of water
1/2 liter of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
2 spoons of Corn Starch Corsetti
1 yolk passed through the sieve
1 spoon of vanilla essence
Put the sago in a pressure cooker with water and cook for 10 minutes.
Wait for the pan to cool, remove the Sago, and rinse under running water until all the alloy comes out.
Put the sugar in the pan along with the wine and the already washed sago,let it boil for a few minutes to straighten.
For the cream, add all the ingredients in the pan to mix well, turn on the heat and stir until it is thickened.
It can vary according to taste, adding more or less sugar.
You can serve the Sago by putting the vanilla cream as an accompaniment.
